My Family

I am blessed to be married to my awesome wife Tracy for 36 years. She is the outreach director at our incredible church, Chase Oaks Church. We have three amazing children that we call the 3C's Courtney Spence (married to Chris), Clayton and Callie. We have the best grandchildren ever, Amberlee and Brent. I am a huge North Carolina Tarheels Basketball fan and I also love all things Arkansas Razorbacks. Tracy and I love to visit Bentonville, Arkansas where the grandkids live and hang out with them.

What do you love most about teaching, coaching, or working at LCA?

The student's at LCA are amazing. I love spending time with them whether it's in PE class, on the football field, on the basketball court or any other event we might be hangin out together in. They bring joy to my soul and and a smile on my face!

What's your favorite LCA memory or best teaching moment?

My favorite LCA moments were the 3 state championship games we had the honor of playing in and taking home back to back state championships in 2019 and 2020!

Where do you attend church, and how are you involved?

My family has attended Chase Oaks Church in Plano since 1990. It has been beyond a blessing to be a part of this amazing church and my Faith has grown immensely because of my time spent there.

What is your favorite book, show, or movie?

If you know anything about me, you know my favorite movie is Hoosiers. “I know everything there is to know about the greatest game ever invented”. Ok boys, we are gonna run the picket fence…don't get caught watching he paint dry”
